When your plane arrives at the boarding city, our staff in red uniforms will be waiting for you at the airport with a Chinese pick-up sign, ready to escort you to the cruise wharf. From arrival at the airport to boarding, you'll be exempted from language barrier.

On the departing day, we will also transfer you to the departing city airport according to different flight schedules of our guests, and assist you in tax refunds and boarding procedures.

For your tours to be free from language limitations and dive deeper into local history and culture, each of our vessels is equipped with tour concierges who provide Chinese commentary in collaboration with local tour guides.

To enable you to hear commentary clearly at all times, we also use wireless voice devices for guides. You may use headsets to hear the tour guide's voice within a certain distance, reducing the probability of falling behind.

All signage on cruises is in Chinese, with toiletries in every stateroom labeled in Chinese and television systems in rooms providing Chinese channels and movies. Onboard materials - from menus to Viking Daily that details your daily itineraries, are all provided in Chinese. Moreover, the vast majority of onboard service staff are of Chinese nationality or employees who could communicate in Chinese, providing you with a relaxing and carefree journey free from language barrier.
